Description
“I try to transfer my conception of art, my possibilities, myself and my sensitivity to my works and to bring myself into harmony with nature, of which I see myself as a part. In doing so, I have always been fascinated and influenced by the life and artistic expressions of primitive peoples, especially the art of the Aborigines of Australia. For about 30 years I have been experimenting with large-scale dot designs, which I experience as a meditative process that shows me new ways in my artistic work. Aware of the progressive destruction of our world, I nevertheless try to find positive answers to life with my paintings, sculptures and spatial designs, to make these visible to others and thus ultimately help myself.”
